Standard charge of €7.99 applies to all deliveries.
Fridge & Freezer Items Delivery
We charge a one‑time €4.99 fee per order to keep your frozen items fresh. This covers special cooling packaging and priority handling. Your frozen products are shipped in a Thermobox, which is yours to keep and reuse at home.
Special Offers
All Special Offer Items will incur an additional charge of €7.99 per item.
The above charge will automatically apply to such products irrespective of order value.

Our courier service will aim to deliver your goods between the times of 8.00 Am – 6.00 Pm. Delivery may sometimes take an additional day due to seasonal variations or volume.
It is important that you ensure somebody is present at the delivery address to collect your order, or alternatively, please make sure you fill in the ‘Delivery Instructions’ and provide the driver with as many details as possible – for instance you may request to have your box delivered to a neighbour’s house or put in a safe place (shed or porch). The courier will always look for a safe location to leave your parcel should you not leave any delivery instructions and there is nobody home to collect the goods.
